3 Ways to Wear Style Challenge

I was extremely excited to work with Marks and Spencer this month on their ‘three ways to wear’ style challenge. My task was to select three different looks featuring  this red and white striped shirt. Classic, fresh and made from the softest cotton making it the perfect option for warm summer days. (I would say the red is more of a soft, pinky red than a post box red)

LOOK 1

Red Striped Shirt £15

Linen Trousers £22.50

White trainers £19.50

Shopper £15

Sunglasses £9.50

I am a huge fan of wearing linen in the summer. These trousers have a flattering peg leg which you are able to buy in short, regular and tall length and a drawstring fastening at the waist.  I found them true to size and rolled up to my desired length.

LOOK 2

Rosie for Autograph Swimsuit £35

Shirt £15

I love wearing an unbuttoned shirt open over a swimsuit on holiday. It’s perfect for covering your arms over lunch or when you have had too much sun and this one is such a lightweight cotton that you wouldn’t be too hot.  I have had my eye on this Rosie for Autograph swimsuit since I saw it at the M&S Press Preview in the Winter. It has great bust support and a concealed tummy shaping panel making it really flattering and very comfortable.  I needed to take the size up from my usual size and am wearing a size 10. I think it’s also really good value at £35.

LOOK 3

Shirt £15

Jeans £39.50 * sizing info – I am wearing a size 6 regular length and I am 5’5

Sunglasses £15

Mules £35

Bag £29.50 (bought in store, not online yet)

I adore these high waisted jeans – the plaited belt gives them a 70’s vibe and they are really leg lengthening if worn with a heel. I have paired them with mules (incredibly comfortable and they come in a variety of colours) for a smart casual look, but they would also look great with a pair of trainers or summer flats. The sunglasses are a really flattering shape and very similar to the classic Celines, so a bargain at £15.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my style challenge as much as I have!

Thank you for reading.

Love,

Chloe x
