Spanish Style Rice – A family favourite

We have been using Hello Fresh for a few months now and it has made my life so much easier. There’s very little waste and I don’t have to think about what to cook or spend time shopping for ingredients. But for me, the best thing about it is that it has given me confidence in the kitchen and taught me how to cook. Some recipes have been more popular than others, but there hasn’t been a single meal that the children have refused to eat. One recipe in particular is a firm favourite with everyone and that’s the Spanish Style Rice, so I thought I would share the recipe here. This is not in any way a collaboration with Hello Fresh (we are fully paid up subscribers!) but for the avoidance of doubt, it is 100% their recipe that I am sharing with you.

Ingredients List – for four people. (This comfortably feeds the five of us with a large portion left over. )

Before you start you will need a garlic press, a frying pan with lid and a measuring jug.

It’s so easy and quick to make. So hopefully if you’re having one of those ‘can’t think what to cook’ days, this might help!
