Comfy Travel Outfit Ideas

I love it when followers send me ideas for a blog.  Last night someone asked me to do a post on what to travel in, so I have put together a few outfit ideas. Perfect timing as I start to think about what I will be travelling in on Thursday.  I think comfort is the priority when you are flying, gone are the days of travelling in smart clothes in the hope of an upgrade! (Please say I wasn’t the only one who did this in my twenties…) It can get quite chilly on the plane, so I like to keep my legs covered and we usually leave the house at the crack of dawn so it feels too cold for a dress.

I try to wear things that I know I will want on holiday with me – such as a denim jacket, an emergency pair of jeans in case the weather turns (unlikely in Greece, but you never know!) a big scarf to snuggle under on the plane, a basket bag that I will need for the beach etc, or a pair of trainers that I might need for walks or (dare I say) some exercise while we are on holiday.

  1. Baby Wipes – because even if you don’t have a baby, they are an absolute travel essential
  2. Earphones
  3. Portable Charger (make sure you remember to give it a full charge the night before. I often forget!)
  4. Lip Balm (My favourite is Kiss Mix by Eve Lom – Buy here)
  5. SpaceMask – These are amazing. They warm up on your eyes and are my new favourite way to relax (buy here)
  6. Book – I was sent this book and it’s a total pageturner. (Buy here)
  7. Clinique Moisture Surge – This stuff is amazing, it’s Nadine Baggott’s current favourite. Provides amazing moisture and is not at all greasy. (Buy here)
  8. Tablet – don’t forget to download some programmes off BBC IPlayer before you travel.
  9. Handcream – another travel essential. (buy here)

Please let me know if I have left out something obvious! 🙂

Happy Travels.

Love,

Chloe x
