A week or so ago, I blogged about the simple sundress and featured this dress from the Anthropologie sale. I couldn’t resist ordering it myself, it seemed like the perfect dress for a hot summer holiday. Light, cottton and really comfy, with the metallic threads giving it making it a little bit special. I am sad to say that I have just checked and it has since sold out, but I wanted to share another couple of finds.
If you watch the video of this dress, the colour appears slightly different to the photo, a little darker. It looks like really soft cotton and the perfect throw on for a summer holiday. A total bargain at £24.50 too.
This is very pretty and perfect if you aren’t tall as it won’t need shortening. If you watch the video, the model wearing it is 163cms which will give you a good idea of the length.
I absolutely love this dress, but I feel I should point out that it is polyester.
This is a beautiful cotton maxi (one size fits all) from an amazing beachwear designer, 9Seed, stocked by the Beach Cafe. If you have the budget, this is a great place to look for designer beachwear.
This is a cotton silk mix and I love the contrast stripes. Such a bargain too!
This is absolutely gorgeous. I can imagine wafting around the french countryside in this one! (Again, polyester. I mention this as many of you know I am not the biggest fan of wearing non – natural fibres, but I feature these dresses because I know not everyone feels this way!)
(straight out the packaging, excuse the creases!)
Thanks for reading and happy shopping.
