My Net-a-porter sale picks

For anyone that isn’t feeling completely broke and shopped out after December, (me!) I have done a little edit of the Net-a-porter sale, focussing on the classics and investment pieces that will enhance your wardrobe and bring you plenty of wear and joy.

  1. J Crew Black Cashmere Sweater – Buy here

You simply cannot beat a good quality black cashmere jumper. Pair with jeans and strappy heels, a pleated skirt, leather trousers – you name it, the black cashmere jumper goes with everything.

2. Leopard Print Gianvito Rossi Heels – Buy here

A total wardrobe classic.

3. Isabel Marant Grey Sweatshirt – Buy here

This has gone into my basket several times. A classic grey sweatshirt with a little Marant ‘lift’

4. Frame Cropped Dungarees – Buy here

If you are a fan of dungarees, these are an amazing price and will take you through all of the seasons.

5. Adidas Stans – Buy here

These are a wardrobe staple for me. I couldn’t live without my Stans and they are quite possibly my most comfortable pair of trainers I own.

6. Joseph Camel Twill Coat – Buy here

I have really enjoyed wearing my camel coat, it’s a wardrobe classic. This one is a great price for a piece that will provide lasting quality.

7. MIH Breton Merino Jumper – Buy here

I am actually wearing this jumper today. It’s a very flattering shape and so warm. Great quality and the Breton never dates.

8. Current/Elliot Kick Crop Flare – Buy here

These are a great style for the spring. Wear now with ankle boots and a flash of flesh, or with trainers or sparkly flats.

9. Isabel Marant Cardigan – Buy here

Another wardrobe staple. So useful now and in the spring when you can ditch the coat.

This is a beautiful coat and a real investment piece that would bring loads of wear.

 2. Gianvito Rossi Black Pumps – Buy Here

If you want to invest in a pair of GR shoes, now is the time to do it. These flats will undoubtedly be beautiful, soft leather and paired with jeans and a lovely jumper you would feel a million dollars.

3. Isabel Marant Coat – Buy here

This is a beautiful, statement coat at a great price.

4. Madewell Denim Jacket – Buy here

A denim jacket is an absolute essential in your Spring/Summer Wardrobe. Buying now would be a smart investment.

5. Isabel Marant Metallic Flats – Buy here

Metallic flats are so useful for elevating a simple, understated outfit.

6. Isabel Marant Oversized Jacket – Buy here

Another wardrobe staple, an oversized boucle tweed jacket. This is still quite pricey but if you are in the ‘Isabel Marant’ rather than ‘Etoile’ bracket, then this might interest.

7. Isabel Marant Wool Blazer – Buy here

Can you tell I am a fan of Isabel Marant? It’s usually fairly out of my price range, so I always think sale time is a good time to buy. And you cannot beat a chic black wool blazer. An iconic buy that you will wear for years to come.

I hope you have had a fantastic Christmas and Boxing Day with your families. We are having a very chilled time in France. Spending time as a little family is so lovely and despite the inevitable bouts of squabbling, the children are playing together like friends most of the time. (And NOT on screens. Hurrah!) We’ve enjoyed playing lots of traditional games and some new ones too. The best being Think Words, which Liv got for Xmas. A really fun game which I recommend if you have children aged 6 and up.

Unfortunately we could not get the much anticipated Lucky Voice Karaoke machine to work. I think it must be faulty, as with a father who produces TV for a living and a grandfather who was a Yardbird and a music producer, you’d think we would be able to rig up a karaoke machine! However, if you watched my stories yesterday, you’ll know that we managed without.

Enjoy the rest of the holidays and happy sales shopping, if you do!

Love,
Chloe x
